Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Shipping is only refundable in cases of cancellation.

Refunds are not offered for late/delayed shipping. Our quoted processing time at checkout is 5-8 business days. Pre-order/backorders may be subject to supply chain disruptions that are out of our control. Items on pre-order or backorder are listed as such on the product page. If an item is oversold or becomes unavailable before the order has shipped, you will be notified and fully refunded. We will do our best to communicate any extended delays to purchasers via email as we receive information from the store owner.

Refunds/replacements are not offered for minor cosmetic damage. For vinyl, this includes seam splits on covers or inserts, corner dings, minor bends or creases, etc. For CDs, minor damage would include cracks in the jewel case. For posters, minor damage would include bent corners. You may be asked to provide photo verification. We reserve the right to deny eligibility for a refund if you refuse to provide photo evidence of damage.

Vinyl sold as blemished or "as is" will contain cosmetic damage. We will not replace or issue refunds for any of these items unless the disc itself is unplayable.

Some items are not available for refunds solely based on the store owner's request. There will be a disclaimer on the product page in these cases.

Refunds and replacements are not issued for merchandise purchased at live events. Tour merchandise is not associated with online inventory and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items.

Purchases made in cryptocurrency are non-refundable, but some exceptions may be made in the case of lost or damaged orders that cannot be replaced. Your order will be refunded in the US Dollar value you paid at the time of sale via PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. There is an expected waiting period of 5-10 business days for refunds to post via credit/debit cards. Please reach out to your financial institution if it has been 10+ days and your refund has not been posted to your bank account. If your original payment method is not available, you will be refunded in the US Dollar value you paid at the time of sale via PayPal.

Foreign Exchange fees are charged by financial institutions when their account holders make purchases overseas. These fees cannot be refunded. We cannot issue refunds for customs duties or taxes charged by customs or other international authorities.

Repeated chargebacks and disputes may result in a ban. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent.

Sizing charts for most items sold on Merchtable are available. Since many of the garments we sell are printed in a wide variety of sizes and come from many different manufactures, we provide these as a general estimate. We typically factor in a plus/minus of around 1/2 inch to the measurements to account for variations in production. Replacements or refunds will not be issued for items containing reasonable variance. You may request return authorization for the item to receive a refund.
